Chelsea + Jeff | Wrightsville Manor Wedding

Chelsea & Jeff’s summer wedding was a romantic and elegant affair full of beautiful details and fun surprises, like fire dancers and dinosaur costumes!

Their special day started with the bridal party arriving to Wrightsville Manor early in the morning on August 3rd, 2018. Beauty Crew Mobile and Danielle Forte Makeup Artist joined forces to glam up the girls. The pictures started with Chelsea & Jeff’s first look! Our dapper groom was wearing a classic black suit, and Chelsea looked absolutely stunning in her gown!

The couple had an indoor ceremony with Wrightsville Manor's iconic mantel as their beautiful backdrop. Their guests were welcomed with a drink of choice, a glass of champagne or fresh lemonade. After the ceremony, the guest made their way on the front lawn for cocktail hour as we flipped the space to turn it into our couple's reception dream!

The color palette was a sophisticated white and green combination used throughout the space. The centerpieces contrasted perfectly with the dusty grey linens and gold flatware provided by Party Suppliers and Rentals. The detailed menu cards were the finishing touch to bring the design together. All the beautiful florals on the tables and mantel were provided by Verzaal’s Florist & Events. We know that you’re getting inspired by all these details, so don’t stop here because there’s more!

As guests entered the reception, they found their name and tables number from Martha My Dear Rentals’s wooden carved screen that was used to display the escort cards. Pine Valley Market served tons of delicious food options and served a beautiful family style dinner to the guests.

For music, we had a killer combo: Active DJ Entertainment and The Adrian Duke Project turned up the beat and kept the guests dancing and music flowing non stop!

“This Will Be” by Natalie Cole announced that it was time to cut the cake. Our bride and groom celebrated their parents anniversaries by presenting a cake for each couple, three cakes total (thanks to One Belle Bakery!). They also had a dessert bar with all kinds flavors to satisfy everybody’s palate, and they were home made!

By then, the now Mrs. Hand, had changed into her second dress! Just in time to watch the fire dancers performance right outside the venue. Glen Hartman, your show was on fire (literally!). They also had a surprise from family members as they jumped onto the dance floor in dinosaur costumes as an inside joke. Both moments were huge hits during the reception.
